Australia SCEA students warmly received by Mayor Leonardia at the Government Center

Fifty-seven (57) senior high school students from Perth, Australia paid a courtesy school to City Mayor Evelio R. Leonardia at the Bacolod Ctiy Government Center (BCGC) recently.

Mayor Leonardia warmly received the students of Ellen Brook Christian School, Southern Hills Christian School and Swan Christian School, all belonging to SCEA (Swan Christian Education Association, which based in Perth, Western Australia.

AUSSIES @ VMA GLOBAL COLLEGE & TRAINING CENTERS

Fifty Seven (57) students from Ellen Brook Christian School, Southern Hills Christian School and Swan Christian School, all belonging to the Swan Christian Education Association (SCEA) based in Perth, Western Australia, visited VMA Global College and Training Centers, recently.
For three (3) years in a row , SCEA sends some of its Senior High School Students to Negros Occidental and the City of Bacolod to expose them to other cultures and to give them opportunities to render Christian acts of generosity to communities which are beneficiaries of SCEA’s social development projects in the Province and the City.
VMA President Atty.John N. Orola , Jr. the President of VMA Global College and Training Centers with the Chairman, Dr. Elizabeth O. Salabas , led the VMA Global College -Senior High School students in tendering warm reception and hospitality to the Australian visitors.
The Australian delegation were able to experience the live demonstration with VMA CAGERS and VMA Senior High local partners of their lifesaving and firefighting skills, under the supervision of 2/M Vitalliano Carmelo, the Training Director of VMA Training Center.

Budgeting Scholarship Program of PESO

Thirty Nine (39) beneficiaries of Bottom Up Budgeting Scholarship Program of PESO ESCALANTE CITY , received a Certificate of Competency in Hot Meals, leading to Cookery NCII, during a graduation ceremony recenty held at the City of Escalante.

VMA GLOBAL COLLEGE AND TRAINING CENTERS, INC. TESDA Training Provider together with the PESO Escalante , certified the 39 BUB scholars of Hon. Eddie Montero, Mayor of Escalante for completing the 26 days of Training on the preparation and cooking of Hot Meals, leading to Cookery NCII.

This is a Bottom Up Budgeting Scholarship Program of the government intended for the youth who were not able to pursue their college due to scarcity of funds , family problems, drug addiction, among others .

ATTY. JOHN N. OROLA, JR thru his Public Relations Officer, Ms Jona G.Macaranas of VMA GLOBAL COLLEGE AND TRAINING CENTERS, INC. congratulates the 39 scholars who served as a shining example of the indomitable spirit of man who decides not to give up.

This is one of a kind support from the government for those who are willing to become productive members of our society. The 39 scholars will proceed to Cookery NCII to complete their training. Mayor Montero, said.

Top 18 Maritime Schools In The Philippines For 2015

FindUniversity.ph conducted the first ranking of Philippine universities based on relevant, up-to-date, and measurable data. In their 2015 ranking of Philippine maritime schools, they based it on aggregated passing rates of each school in all maritime board exams that their graduates participated in.
 
The PRC has 6 different maritime board exams namely: OIC of a Navigational Watch, Officer-In-Charge of an Engineering Watch, Second Marine Engineer Officer, Chief Mate, Master Mariner, and Chief Marine Engineer Officer. FindUniversity.ph aggregated the results from those board exams, ranked each school in each board exam, and then aggregated the rankings for each school, to come up with a weighted board exams ranking for each school.
