Splendid real life application of knowledge learned
Senior hotel and restaurant students of VMA Global College fared well in real life display of their knowledge in banquet and catering management during their laboratory class held at VMA Oceania Bar on July 27, 2017.

With Ms. Fanny Orola Balenia, Assistant to the President as guest of honor, fifty-four (54) fourth year students of the Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management course of VMA planned, organized and executed a fine dining experience to the last detail as partial compliance of the requirements of their college education.
Balenia congratulated and commended the students and their adviser, Class Instructor Edwin P. Benitez, for a job well done.
The students served an array of delicious dishes with stuffed bell pepper and onion rings as entrée, 8 treasure and cream of corn soup, seared tuna with garlic sauce and chicken cordon bleu as main dish served with moresquita and garlic rice, and mango float as dessert. * Jgmacaranas- PRO/Librarian 07-27-17
